Frequently asked questions
Can you run a performant AI entirely on-premises? +
Yes. With models like Mistral, Llama, or Qwen via Ollama, you get excellent results for most enterprise use cases. Plan for at least 16 GB of RAM, plus a dedicated GPU for the heaviest models.
Which local models do you recommend? +
Mistral for French and everyday tasks, Qwen for multilingual use, Llama when you need an open source model backed by a large community. The choice depends on your use cases and hardware constraints.
How do you ensure GDPR compliance with AI? +
By hosting data in the EU (OVH, Scaleway), using local models that send no data outside, encrypting data at rest and documenting processing activities. GDPR requirements are built into the architecture from the design stage.
