Satisfaction is measured through questionnaires completed immediately after training. Achievement of learning objectives is measured through assessments validated by the trainer. The recommendation rate is calculated on the evaluations received, the dropout rate on all Qualiopi sessions delivered. The sample size and reference date are always published with the figures.
